Drafter (DRF)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. To collect data and prepare of all the incoming design drawing of pipe network proposed.
2. Do the preparation of to do the detail design drawing network for new developments, distribution mains & the transmission mains works & duty schedule.
3. To do the as built drawing of all pipe neyworks installation for new developments, distribution mains & transmission mains.
4. Do the field survey drawing a pipe network purposes.
5. To do filling data of all drawing networks doc. Wheter it is hard copy or soft copy.
6. Assisting engineers within planning department.
7. To perform continuous maintenance of drawing data documents in soft copy and hard copy.
8. Accept some weekend/overtime working where necessary.
9. Manage information/records of activities for reporting purposes.
10. Liaise with other related department supervisors in doing day to day tasks.
11. Respond without delay to emergency conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum has a Diploma (D3) degree (polythecnic) or University degree in Engineering.
Capable & competence for using Autocad software 2D & 3D.
3 years experience minimum as a drafter for civil or mechanical.
Sufficient knowledge on civil works, pipe works and their principles.
Detail and accurate working character.
Computer literate.
Good verbal & written in English is essential.
Pro-active person who can liaise at all levels.
Good interpersonal skill & communication skill.

Quantity Surveyor Engineer (QSE)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. To maintain database woth cost of usual equipment and the rates of construction labour.
2. To do the preparation of proposal and quatations for various projects as required.
3. Updating of materials price & quality analyzing in the market.
4. To calculate the owner estimate or engineer estimate of various projects plan.
5. To evaluate price or material cost sumitted by supplier or contractor.
6. Monitoring the fluctuation of currency rate in relation to the cost of materials.
7. Manage information/records of activities for reporting purpose.
8. Liaise with other related deparment supervisors in doing daily tasks.
Requirements:
D3 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor Degree) majoring Civil Engineering.
Has minimum 3 years experience as Project Cost Estimator or in same position in multifucntional company.
Good knowledge of technical specification for building and water supply.
Good knowledge how to prepare the cost & bill of quantity for building & water supply.
Sufficient knowledge in civil works/pipeworks and their princiles.
Computer literate and good communication in English both oral and written.

Laboratory Analyst (LA)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. Taking water samples for laboratory analysis.
2. Performing laboratory test in order to produce reliable and precise data.
3. Preparing specimens and samples.
4. Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analysis.
Requirements:
Min D3 in Chemical Engineering.
Min 3 years experience in water analysis laboratory.
Have driving license (SIM A & SIM C) is mandatory.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements as well as ISO/IEC 17025.
Have basic understanding of EMS 14001 & OHSAS/SMK3.
Able to work underpressure, dynamic, communicative, good team player, active.

Media Relation Support (MRS)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. Handling media news clipping.
2. Responsible to do Radio Talkshow.
3. Cover up and writting of company activities in internal media.
4. Designing advertisement material.
5. Drafting talkshow/advertisement script for Radio and TV.
6. Updating news in internal website.
7. Handling company events.
Requirements:
S1 (BachelorDegree) in communication/Management from reoutable university.
Has min 2 years experience as Journalist in well-known media.

Design Engineer (DE)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. Responsible to provide design drawing , specification & BOQ.
2. Taking into consideration several factors when working on projects. Including cost, maintenance, safety regulations, legal stipulations, the environment, quality and other production guide lines.
3. Arrange tender process from preparation of tender document, PQ Process, Bid process and tender evaluation.
4. Undertakes extensive research to determine whether the design will be cost effective.
5. Arrange and responsible for collecting and anlysing data related to design.
6. Producing detailed reports for management by request, monthly and annual.
7. Problem-solving skills, creativity, a good knowledge of design software.
8. Have ability to work in a team are all qualities needed for this type of work.
9. Coordination with QS, drawing production & survey for design purpose or change order request related to design.
Requirements:
Min Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
Min 5 years as Design Engineer in Construction company.
Have good knowledge of construction contract works, water network and water treatment procesess.
Hands-on with drawing and design tools.
Must be able to perform under pressure with the ability to meet tight time constraints, dynamic, communicative, good team player and active jobs.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
Good communication in English both oral & written.

Hydrolic Modeller (HM)
This position is responsible and may perform in the following tasks:
1. Responsible for the management and miantenance of the waste hydraulic model library and providing hydrolic modelling of water distribution of the entire system.
2. Provide expert technical support for Planning, Production, Operations, Strategy Functions and distribution services ensuring their modelling requirements are met.
3. Manage, check and approve internal and external modelling output ensuring specification compliance in all calibrated base models.
4. Coordinate pressure measurement/flow measurement & drawing production for new connection.
5. Develop close links to the network analyst, asset performance, asset management, asset strategy and developer services teams to under stand their requirements.
6. Research the modelling requirements, prioritising schemes to deliver service improvements through system knowledge.
7. Act as scheme manager, checker and/or approver for all internally and externally built and calibrated models to ensure consistency across all model stock.
8. Ensure that network capacity is maintained to meet future demands (with asset strategy).
9. Continually improve business processes within the capability modelling team and planning dept.
10. Support the efficiency and telematry teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of automated control activities.
11. Extend the use/benefit of models into operational, catchment analysis according to planning dept.
12. Producing detailed reports for management by request, monthly and annual.
13. Allowing to any other duties that may be required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Min S1 in civil hydrolic engineering.
Min 3 years experience as design hydrolic position in multinational company.
Good working knowledge of water network and water treatment processes.
Must be able to perform under pressure, with the ability to meet tight time contraints, dynamic, communicative, good team player and active jobs.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
Ability to use initiative in day to day tasks and particularly in resolving problems.
Good communication in English both oral & written.
