A. Electrical Engineer (EE) The candidate should have: Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering with above vaerage grades. Having minimum 6 years working experience in (gas) power plant construction and operations & maintenance. Have
strong knowledge in electrical controls and protection systems of power
generation & distribution, familiar with Etap electrical software. Interested in continuous delf-development and learning. Good communication skills (spoken and written English) and good computer skills (MS Office) are a must. Must have a can-do attitude and be interested in welding individually and also in a team with the highest Level of integrity. Willing to travel to all over Indonesia.
B. Electrical Design Engineer (ED) The candidate should have: Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering with above average grades. Have minimum 3 years working experience in Power plant preferred. Have
strong knowledge and capability to design electrical schematic of LV,
MV and control interface system, preferable similar with eplan or
similar software application. Interested in continuous self-development and learning. Good communication skills (spoken & written English) and good computer skills (MS Office) are a must.
C. Procurement Staff (PS) The candidate should have: Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with above average grades. Have
minimum 3 years working experience in Procurement, exerience for
project related procurement especially Electrical is preferable. Honest and have strong and proven negotiation skills with a capacity to manage cost reduction targets. Have experience in supply chain management, warehousing and logistic would be advantage. Excellent knowledge Exort Import procedure is a must. Good communication skills (spoken & written English) and good computer skills (MS Office) are a must. Must have a can-do attitude and be interested in working individually and also in a team with the highest level of integrity.

Test Technician Job & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair production tester issues and tester problem. Coordinate
product debug and rework by establishing procedures, providing training
and coaching to the debug and rework operators. Perform daily testers buy off, weekly, PM, monthly-calibration and any other job/project asssigned by the company. Requirements: Possess Diploma majoring in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Possess min 1 year experiencein similar position. Possess knowledge and experience in analog circuitry. Good understanding of computer programl; PC Ports connection and troubleshoot. Hands on experience using hot air gun and soldering iron. Able to perform electronic circuits, circuit troubleshooting debug and repair. Able to work in rotating shift.
Process Engineer Job & Responsibilities: Execute process capability improvement. Control process performance metrics cush as CpK, SPC, yield and scrap. Perform defect failure analysis. Develop process control system in order to have a robust process. Develop procedure and work instruction. Execute PQP saving project in order to fulfill the department to objective on continuous improvement initiatives. Execute productivity improvement/activities together with IE and production folks. Execute business growth activities through NPI (New Product Introduction) together with development folks. Requirements: Possess degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Possess min 2 years experience in similar position. Familiar with statistical tool for manufacturing (FMEA, SPC, CpK, DOE, etc (is preferred).
Maintenance Technician Job & Responsibilities: Ensure all production equipment are in good condition. Perform repair,maintenance, routime set up and conversion of production equipment. Perform improvement activities to achieve or exceed KPI targets. Maintain high level of safety and housekeeping in the workplace as well as at the equipment. Report to maintenance leader regarding any related issue. Support equipment upgrading and improvement. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned. Supervise Tehcnical Operaot within his shift.
Requirements: Possess Diploma majoring in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical engineering. Possess PLC knowledge in an advantage. Possess experience in vaccum system and pneumatic. Abel to work in rotating shift.
